Barriere fotoelettriche per applicazioni industriali e civili dove è necessario rilevare, misurare e riconoscere oggetti. In funzione del numero e della posizione dei raggi occupati da un oggetto, Micron è in grado di fornire in tempo reale ad un PLC o PC informazioni utili a:

• Rilevare la presenza o l’assenza di oggetti
• Effettuare un conteggio
• Rilevare una posizione
• Rilevare una forma o un profilo
• Misurare Dimensioni

Modelli MI AV: dotati di 2 uscite analogiche in tensione (0-10 Vcc) con funzioni programmabili e 2 uscite digitali programmabili.
Modelli MI AC: dotati di 2 uscite analogiche in corrente (4-20 mA) con funzioni programmabili e 2 uscite digitali programmabili.
Modelli MI B: dotati di un’interfaccia seriale RS-485 con funzioni programmabili e 2 uscite digitali programmabili.
Modelli MI C: dotati di due uscite digitali antivalenti “stato area controllata”.

Software di configurazione per ambiente PC, con pratica interfaccia grafica, in dotazione con ciascuna barriera (solo modelli A e B).
Interassi disponibili: da 5 mm a 75 mm.

Altezze controllate:

• 150 - 1500 mm – per modelli con interasse 5 mm
• 150 - 3000 mm – per modelli con interasse 10, 25, 30, 50, 75 mm

Portata Massima:

• 2 m – per modelli con interasse 5 mm

Collegamenti con connettori M12 e cavi non schermati di lunghezze fino a 100 m. Possibilità di collegare fino a 8 barriere Micron B come nodi di linea seriale RS-485 per il rilevamento simultaneo di più dimensioni e misurazioni complesse.

La GammaMicron: MICRON A

MICRON A
2 Uscite analogiche (0-10 Vcc) modello AV o (4-20 mA) modello AC con funzioni programmabili + 2 uscite digitali 0/24V programmabili.
Soluzione in grado di fornire semplici misurazioni con una semplice interfaccia.
Ideale per la misurazione degli oggetti ed il rilevamento dei limiti dimensionali.
Può essere fornita in versione WT e WTH ma deve essere pre-programmata.

La GammaMicron: MICRON B

MICRON B
Linea seriale RS-485 con funzioni programmabili + due uscite digitali 0/24V programmabili.
Soluzione in grado di fornire informazioni complete e dettagliate sullo stato di ogni raggio attraverso la linea seriale RS 485 (fino a 8 nodi) e, tramite le due uscite digitali, ulteriori informazioni on/off al verificarsi delle condizioni programmate.
Ideale per misurazione dimensionale, rilevamento profilo e posizione di oggetti.
Può essere fornita in versione WT e WTH ma deve essere pre-programmata.

La GammaMicron: MICRON C

MICRON C
Due uscite digitali 0/24V antivalenti senza necessità di programmazione.
Soluzione in grado di fornire semplici informazioni on/off relative allo stato dell’area controllata.
Ideale per conteggio e rilevamento presenza / assenza di oggetti nel campo controllato. Può essere fornita in versione WT e WTH.

Light curtains for industrial and civil applications where it is necessary to detect, measure, and recognise objects. Depending on the number and position of the beams engaged by an object, Micron can provide real time information to a PLC or PC in order to:

• Detect the presence or absence of objects
• Perform a count
• Detect a position
• Detect a shape or a profile
• Measure dimensions

Modelli MI AV: equipped with 2 analog output (0-10 VDC) with programmable functions and 2 programmable digital outputs.

Modelli MI AC: equipped with 2 analog output (4-20 mA) with programmable functions and 2 programmable digital outputs.

Modelli MI B: equipped with an RS-485 serial interface with programmable functions and two programmable digital outputs.

Modelli MI C: equipped with two antivalent solid state outputs " status of the controlled area".

The configuration software for PC, with graphic user interface, is supplied with each light curtain (models A and B only).
Beam spacing available from 5 mm to 75 mm.

Connections with M12 and M16 connectors. Up to 100 m of electrical connections with unshielded cables. Possibility of connection of up to 8 Micron B light curtains as nodes of an RS-485 serial line for simultaneous detection of multiple dimensions and complex measurements.

Solution providing simple measurement with easy interfacing. Ideal for object measurement and detection of dimensional limits. Can be provided in WT and WTH version but must be factory programmmed.

The Micron range: MICRON B

MICRON B
RS-485 serial line with programmable functions + two programmable digital outputs 0/24V.
Solution providing complete and detailed information on the status of each beam via the RS 485 serial line and, by means of the two solid state outputs, further on/
off information related to the occurrence of the programmed conditions. Ideal for dimensional measurement, detection of object profile and position.
Can be provided in WT and WTH version but must be pre-programmmed.

The Micron range: MICRON C

MICRON C
Two digital antivalent outputs 0/24V without the need for programming.
Solution providing simple on/off information related to the status of the controlled area. Ideal for piece counting and detection of object presence/absence in the controlled field.
Can be provided in WT and WTH version.

Diese Lösung bietet einfache Messung mit leichter Anbindung und ist ideal für Objektvermessung und Erkennung räumlicher Objektgrenzen.
MICRON A ist lieferbar in der WT- und WTH-Ausführung, und wird vorprogrammiert eingebaut.

MICRON B
hat eine RS-485 serielle Schnittstelle mit programmierbaren Funktionen und 2 programmierbaren Digitalausgängen 0-24VDC.
Diese Lösung bietet vollständige und detaillierte Informationen über den Zustand jedes Strahls direkt über die RS 485 serielle Schnittstelle und, sowie mittels der beiden Halbleiterausgänge, weitere Ein/ Aus Ereignisinformationen entsprechend der vorprogrammierten Bedingungen.
MICRON B ist somit ideal für Längenmessungen, Erkennung von Objektprofil und Position. MICRON B ist lieferbar in der WT- und WTH-Ausführung, und wird vorprogrammiert eingebaut.

MICRON C
hat 2 antivalente Digitalausgänge 0-24VDC ohne erforderliche Programmierung. Diese Lösung bietet einfache Ein/Aus Ereignisinformationen bezüglich des Zustands des überwachten Bereiches. Ideal für Stückzählung und Erkennung des Vorhandenseins oder Fehlens eines Objektes im überwachten Bereich. MICRON C ist lieferbar in der WT- und WTH-Ausführung, ohne Vorprogrammierung.
