JANUS SERIE ML

La serie ML, a 2 o 3 raggi per il rilevamento del corpo, adotta un originale sistema di bracci orizzontali (uno per l’Emettitore e uno per il Ricevitore) con sensori fotoelettrici di Muting integrati, già precablati e preallineati, che non necessitano
di regolazioni.

I bracci sono regolabili in altezza in modo da creare un piano di rilevamento più o meno inclinato, con lo scopo di ottenere un corretto e costante rilevamento del materiale in transito e quindi un funzionamento affidabile del sistema di protezione.

JANUS MM TRX

Janus MM TRX è una barriera che permette di aggiungere i bracci orizzontali con sensori di muting integrati per ottenere facilmente e secondo necessità sia una barriera ML TRX (sola uscita) sia una MT TRX (entrata/uscita).
I bracci SL TRX e ST TRX con sensori di muting integrati sono accessori da ordinare separatamente.

The Janus type 4 family of safety light curtains is the ideal solution for the protection of a vast number of high-risk industrial applications, in particular those requiring a high level of integration of the safety functions.

Janus MM TRX is a modular system with 2, 3 and 4 beams which permits to add pre-wired muting arms in order to get either a ML TRX (one way) or a MT TRX (entry/exit) model with a few simple steps. SL TRX and ST TRX are the pre-wired muting arms and can be ordered separately.

Janus MM TRX can also be used with external Muting sensors, with 2 or 4 sensors logic.

JANUS MM TRX ist ein modulares System, welches eine nachträgliche Montage von vorverdrahteten Muting-Armen ermöglicht. Das System kann entweder zum ML TRX- (mono-direktionales Muting) oder zum MT TRX-Modell (bidirektionales Muting) in wenigen Schritten erweitert werden.

JANUS MM TRX kann auch mit externen Muting Sensoren verwendet werden, 2 oder 4 Sensoren sind logisch verknüpfbar.
Die Muting Logik für die Modelle MM TRX ist in Verbindung mit SL TRX monodirektional (nur Ausgang) und in Verbindung
mit SL TRX und ST TRX bidirektional (Eingang / Ausgang) Reichweiten bis 6 m (3,5 m bei der Montage von SL TRX und ST TRX)

JANUS Baureihen J TRX und TRXL repräsentieren die einfachste und am schnellsten einzubauende Lösung für die Erkennung eines Körpers an einer Zugangskontrolle zu gefährlichen Bereichen und die ideale Lösung für Anwendungen, bei denen die Verlegung von elektrischen Leitungen zu schwierig oder zu aufwendig ist.

Die Zubehör-Muting-Sensorelemente (Arme) der Baureihe SL TRX können mit jedem Modell der Lichtschranken JANUS MM TRX verbunden werden, wodurch eine Lichtschranke mit einer mono-direktionalen Muting-Logik in L-Form mit integrierten Muting-Sensoren entsteht.

Mit beiden Muting-Sensorelementen SL TRX und ST TRX kann das JANUS MM TRX mit einer bi-direktionalen Muting-Logik in T-Form betrieben werden.

Die Zubehör-Muting-Sensorelemente (Arme) der Baureihe SL können mit JANUS-Modellen MI, die über eine Auflösung von 30, 40 oder 90 mm und eine Überwachungshöhe von 310 bis 1810 mm verfügen, kombiniert werden, um eine Lichtschranke in L-Form mit integrierten Muting-Sensoren zu erhalten.

Die Modelle SL und S2L besitzen 2 integrierte, vorverkabelte und ausgerichtete Sensoren, mit gekreuzten oder parallelen Strahlen.
