Il contenitore stagno WT consente l’impiego delle barriere fotoelettriche in ambienti operativi severi caratterizzati dalla presenza di acqua e vapore.
Le custodie WTF e WTHF possono essere usate nell’industria degli alimenti e delle bevande. Grazie ai loro componenti inerti (non-tossici), infatti, nessun residuo viene rilasciato quando la barriera viene lavata o quando viene a contatto con prodotti alimentari.

Il contenitore stagno è formato da:

• Tubo trasparente in PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate).
• Tappi sigillanti in POM-C (resina acetale – DELRIN®)
• Sistema anti-condensa tramite valvola integrata GORE™
• Supporti di fissaggio in POM-C e acciaio inox (AISI 316).

La compatta custodia cilindrica di EOS WTF e WTHF (solo 56 mm di diametro) ha un grado di protezione IP 69K e può sopportare getti di acqua con pressione fino a 80 bar e temperatura di 80°C.
La custodia è dotata di una valvola che consente la fuoriuscita dell’eventuale umidità presente all’interno evitando la formazione di condensa.
La versione WTHF (Heating) è dotata di sistema di riscaldamento a controllo termostatico che permette di operare in ambienti con temperature fino a - 25°C.

Watertight enclosures allow light curtains and light grids to be used in a harsh working environments with exposure to water and steam.

Thanks to its inert (non-toxic) components, no residuals are left when the light curtains are washed down or when they come directly in contact with food. This makes WTF and WTHF enclosures suitable for the Food & Beverage industry.

The watertight enclosure is made of:

• PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) transparent enclosure
• POM-C (acetal resin – DELRIN®) sealing caps
• Anti-condensation system trough integrated GORE™ valve
• POM-C and Stainless steel fastening brackets (AISI 304)

Wasserdichte Schutzgehäuse ermöglichen den Einsatz von Lichtvorhängen/-gittern in schwierigen Umgebungen mit Strahlwasser und Dampf.

Dank der inaktiven (ungiftigen) Komponenten, gibt es beim Reinigen des Lichtgitters oder beim Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln keine Rückstände oder Verunreinigungen. Dies erlaubt den Einsatz von WTF und WTHF Gehäusen in der Lebensmittel- & Getränkeindustrie.

Das kompakte, zylindrische EOS WTF und WTHF Schutzgehäuse (nur 56 mm Durchmesser) ist mit der Schutzart IP 69 K ausgezeichnet und widersteht einem Wasserstrahl von bis zu 80 bar Druck bei einer Temperatur von 80° C. Das Gehäuse besitzt ein Ventil, das evtl. vorhandene Feuchtigkeit im Gehäuse austreten lässt, wodurch sich die Bildung von Kondenswasser vermindert. Die Modelle WTHF (mit Heizung) besitzen ein thermogesteuertes Heizsystem, um Anwendungen in Umgebungen mit bis zu -25° C zu ermöglichen.

Das versiegelte Schutzgehäuse besteht aus:
